What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I’ve found it so helpful in managing KPIs across teams—sales, marketing, product development—everyone is on the same page about how their goals contribute to the end objectives.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the desktop version works well, the mobile version can be clunky and lacks some of the key functionality.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your goal is to unify execution with strategy, then AchieveIT is definitely worth a try

Monthly reminders for report updates and the time-stamp feature shows exactly when updates are made.

Need more custom dashboard features.

What differentiates AchieveIt from other similar products?

Without a doubt, Achieveit provides great benefits and compared to other tools, it makes work optimization seem like something simple. It allows us to carry out a line of work by establishing our clear objectives, our work planning and continuing in that same line task by task until it is completed, it allows us to evaluate our scalability, the performance of our work and really compare what we did wrong or right at different points in our work. It keeps different departments together working in the same direction, it integrates perfectly with our work system and its implementation is highly efficient.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has been a great platform to keep track of our progress, it allows us to keep track of our entire work process, focus on each point to evaluate our progress and how to continue. It keeps track of all our work and allows us to connect points to relate previous results with current ones and thus determine the performance of our work. It provides a great support team focused on giving accurate answers, as well as a highly customizable control panel that provides a unique experience while using the platform. It keeps us visualizing the complete picture, our objectives and organizes us towards this.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I still think the interface needs some more updating, improving a bit the visualization of the milestones and the way we do the follow-up. I think it would be nice to add a notes system to the platform that can help us with collaborative work directly on the project page and not on the task, so we can generalize the exchange of comments and the entire team can see it. I still think it requires a little more intuitiveness in its interface and the functions of its tools, however, apart from this I have no other complaints. Achieveit is amazing, with a great proposal that has been really useful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend testing if it fits the daily implementation of work, if the tracking metrics are what you are looking for, if the integrations are necessary to complement the work and if the interface adapts to what the different departments require. But without a doubt, Achieveit is a great platform that is worth adapting to project optimization.
