What differentiates Adobe Document Cloud from other similar products?

Where Document Cloud really shines, though, is in its integration with the rest of the Adobe ecosystem. Because it supports such tools as InDesign and Photoshop, it creates a seamless workflow whereby users can easily make use of other applications with which they may be more comfortable in conjunction with the more advanced capabilities of Document Cloud.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite thing about Adobe Document Cloud is the all-around way it provides document control. Having creation, edition, sharing and signed PDFs within one umbrella will reduce the manual work required at each step. Hence, the productivity of work will help in a holistic way of managing records.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the least-liked aspects of Adobe Document Cloud is that it has a steep learning curve and is very complex. So many features can be a turn-off for new users or organizations without dedicated IT resources, who often have to spend much time training and being supported to learn how to make full use of the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Spend some time training and familiarizing yourself with the platform. Extensive tutorials, online guides and community forums help users get to know and fully utilize the capabilities of the system. First, implement core features and extend functionality as your team learns how to use the tool effectively. This makes the adoption much more manageable.
