What do you dislike most about this product?

honestly have no issues with any of the software features

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

this product will provide one with Time-Off Management: Employees can submit PTO requests, which managers can track and approve based on staffing requirements. Shift Bidding: Allow employees to bid for their preferred shifts according to seniority and other criteria. Overtime Tracking: Track overtime hours and minimize excessive overtime with visibility into schedules. Notifications & Alerts: Automatically notify employees of new schedules, approved time-off, shift changes, etc., via email and text. Mobile Access: Manage schedules, requests, etc., on-the-go with native iOS and Android apps. Reporting & Analytics:
