My favorite aspect of Alibaba Cloud is its robust suite of services, particularly how it mirrors and competes favorably with global leaders. Alibaba Cloud is an incredibly versatile platform capable of supporting everything from small startups to large enterprises, all while benefiting from its ties to the vast Alibaba ecosystem, which brings a level of practical, real-world integration that's quite impressive. It's not just about offering compute, storage and networking; it's the depth and breadth across databases, security, big data and cutting-edge AI services like their Qwen LLM.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If I had to pinpoint my biggest gripe with Alibaba Cloud, it would be the documentation, the user interface and support when things go wrong. Their customer support still suffer from a language barrier and a lack of in-depth technical assistance for complex issues, which becomes very frustrating during critical outages or when troubleshooting critical problems. It's not a deal-breaker but it definitely adds a slight friction to the development process.

I would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a robust and scalable cloud solution, particularly if their operations have a strong presence in Asia or are looking to expand there. What differentiates Alibaba Cloud from other similar products?

They have Anti Ddos technology which i like a lot because if there was a timeout technology after every hits its a good thing while comes in a security because traffic comes from the Global. It was very different from other cloud as well

What do you dislike most about this product?

These services are available in other cloud as well while alibaba just like same, and in terms of cost they are very high for premium ssds and ram cpu.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good if you create a Multi hybrid cloud and use the service of Ddos from here.
