What differentiates Appian BPM Suite from other similar products?

Drag and drop which is easy to use for non-developers. End to end automation process. AI-powered automation in latest version which speeds up building and deployment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its drag and drop, with low code feature to build workflows and apps. Faster deployment. It manages, automates and reports processes in real time which helps in flexibility and growth.

What do you dislike most about this product?

High pricing. Complex initial setup, difficult for beginners. Interface needs improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Most powerful, flexible BPM/low-code platforms available, ideal for large organisations needing deep process automation, integration, and agility. So if you're a mid to large organisations, this would be a perfect choice, as AI also been integrated but if you're a small organisation, it would be no brainer to not choose this as it would be highly costly for your business.
