This is good tool where we can do lots of customized scripts using SQL plus

What differentiates aspenONE Manufacturing Execution Systems from other similar products?

It has SQL plus as one of the module which makes the engineer should know SQL script for customisation and that is the drawback here. There are other historians which is used friendly and no coding knowledge required

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A1PE and AACM are my favourite. Previously was using process explorer now it is modified and visualisation made better through A1PE which is a thin client AACM is used to manage audit , alarms and events. It is quite interesting for work upon

What do you dislike most about this product?

SQL plus scrips Tag configuration is not very much straight forward

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The cost is lesser than other historians that's is the only advantage i could see Process wise it is bit complex compared to other historians If someone is having budget constraints please choose this
