BigPanda stands out due to its powerful alert correlation engine, real-time incident prioritization, and seamless integration with multiple monitoring tools. Its focus on reducing noise, providing actionable insights, and linking incidents to business services enables us to resolve problems faster, improving operational efficiency and reliability.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This has enabled me to cut through alert noise and focus only on incidents that actually matter. BigPanda helps me quickly understand which alerts are symptoms versus real root causes. I appreciate how it consolidates alerts from many monitoring tools into one clear incident view.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don’t have any dislikes about BigPanda. The platform is well-designed, reliable, and meets all my AIOps and incident management needs effectively.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You should regularly review dashboards, refine alert sources, and follow the platform’s incident workflows, as this all will help maximize efficiency, reduce noise, and ensure smoother, more proactive incident management.

What differentiates BigPanda from other similar products?
BigPanda AIOps, with its extreme potential, truly has transformed our IT operations into a smarter, faster, and more collective environment. Our way of managing and responding to IT incidents has been enriched with its insights.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that incidents from multiple systems with circumstantial data are automatically enhanced with no manual intervention required. Along with this, the API integrations have significantly allowed us to connect them with existing tracking and ticketing tools in no time. One thing that really moves me is its data normalization process, which is quite powerful and standardizes alerts from multiple tools efficiently.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI performance sometimes slows down while dealing with large datasets or long timelines. But other than this factor, it's doing well for now.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Utilize the custom dashboards building feature to include visual insights into incident trends effortlessly and showcase operational enhancements over time.

Unlike platforms, BigPanda is tool-agnostic. It utilizes “open box" machine learning, where the correlation logic is transparent and explainable to operators. BigPanda acts as a centralized intelligence hub by connecting alerts, incidents, and collaboration tools into a single automated workflow.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The way BigPanda cuts down alert fatigue by deduplication and correlating noisy alerts into fewer, actionable incidents is highly significant. I appreciate the proactive onboarding, ongoing support, and personalized recommendations. It performs well even in an environment processing thousands of alerts per minute. It can be enriched with alerts with metadata, making incidents more informative and actionable. I appreciate the way it automates ticket creation and saves our time
What do you dislike most about this product?
BigPanda automates workflows efficiently and delivers outstanding services. There is nothing bad about this tool, everything is going perfectly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
BigPanda excels at automating notifications, ticketing, and escalations. If you are looking for an AIOps Platform, then you must try this.
