Great ITSM tool, beware is on premise!

Qualkity of features and the wide range of configurations that can be obtained and achieved with its flexibility.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Flexibility to adapt to the pre-defined processes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
On-premises, so it has some maintenance cost attached to it, constant updates mess up with the tomcat server and removing of the ability to assign tickets through round-robin.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Beware of maintenance costs and search for a qualified partner in your area that can help you with rising issues.
