What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Various connect options it provides like instant messaging, voice and video calls, screen sharing, and integration with Cisco Webex for meetings etc is very handy

What do you dislike most about this product?

Third party integrations are very limited as it provides not as many options as it's competitors.

The software is really user friendly and anyone can opt forit without second thought
