My favorite aspect of this product is that it has threat protection capabilities against zero-day threats and malware.

What differentiates Cisco Secure Web Appliance from other similar products?

Effectively quarantines any malware link, also based on IP reputation. Easily integrated unified solution.. Also, there aren't a lot of mistakes with Cisco Web Security Appliance. It does a good job of filtering out non-related business emails/website links.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

like the flexibility provided with the WSA. Custom categories for various customers provides a great deal of flexibility.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited integration with other vendors, no innovation roadmap and limited update with features

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cisco needs to add support for more applications. Upgrade takes a little bit long.
