What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I’d say my favorite aspect of ConnectWise Automate is its automation capabilities. It really helps IT teams save time by handling repetitive tasks automatically,

What do you dislike most about this product?

I disliked most about Screen Connect was the occasional lag and connection drops during remote sessions. Also was the unexpected downtime every day at 4 PM IST. It was a recurring issue that impacted our work consistently.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're considering ConnectWise Automate or ScreenConnect, I'd recommend thoroughly testing the product in your environment first to ensure it meets your specific needs. Pay attention to integration with your existing tools,

It makes not only remote monitoring easy, it also features great IT automation Capabilities.

Using this software is easy and I like that it makes remote access, monitoring and management easy. It is secure and also makes IT automation easy

What differentiates ConnectWise Automate from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

If you are an MSP that wants to save engineer and customer time there is no other RMM out there that can compete with ConnectWise Automate. If you are an MSP that doesn't have alot of scripting/coding experience and just want surface level ticketing, you should look for another platform as this is best suited for full throttle automation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fat client is not stable but they are working on a web client The web client doesn't have all the features as the fat client ConnectWise Automate Support not always the fastest at resolving known issues

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The desktop admin client is cumbersome. It takes a significant amount of time to load the application and you must refresh your session every 24 hours. The 24 hour time-out wouldn't be an issue if it didn't close the application when the session expired but rather let you just re-authenticate.
