Great product with customizable features

What differentiates FileWave Mobile Device Management from other similar products?

The interface was the easiest to customize and utilize. The ability to create tags, configure and reconfigure groups and smart groups without breaking connections, the ability to also manage android and windows devices aside from just Apple products, was a great benefit. Location services were also great, including Chromebooks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The drag and drop feature was one of the best selling points. We did not have to wait for another page load when add apps or profiles to devices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There could be some improvement on the OS updates, but I believe that FW was working on that before I left the organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Identify the number of devices you have and determine the best number of tenants for your organization to succeed.
