What differentiates Google Voice from other similar products?

Free VOIP service from around the globe is super useful, but I wish it had RCS.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

US texting while abroad is great.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No RCS support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you just need basic texting, it works, but hasn't been updated in years.
