What differentiates Ironclad CLM from other similar products?
Good support provided to the users, product capabilities are very good and the customer experience is wonderful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The product is very user friendly and it give a good experience when using it on daily basis. Other key features is the good support provided when onboarding a product
What do you dislike most about this product?
The product needs to have some extra features for adding advanced mode or in-application coding and it turns out expensive for adding more workflows
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is very good product. try and test it once by yourself.

Great for procurement processes

What differentiates Ironclad CLM from other similar products?
Ironclad has made procurement processes with soon-to-be customers a breeze. Communicating and assigning owners to specific tasks is easy and seamless. Works great with Slack.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Gone are the days of back and forth email threads.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Approvals could be a little more seamless, specifically when it comes to different approvals and not having to get approvals again from people that have already approved
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product has been a game changer when it comes to contract management, and has greatly improved our process
