What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?
Other products lack the features, and are more complicated to fix and maintain. Other tools might have some of the same building blocks, but aren't at the same maturity.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Workflows and automation. Taking uninteresting tasks away from users so they can be more effective.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some frustrations around audio or video files, but these are minor in comparison to the rest of the suite. Sometimes licenses or user access can be a pain, but usually is a minor inconvenience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Start with the most visible pain points in critical processes and automate them to as small as possible. Don't automate a bad process digital, but improve the process when it is digital.

Easy of maintenance, cloud hosted and initial cost

Ease of maintenance and cloud hosted allows for minimal points of failure
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cloud limits and understanding worflow limits and how the ly effect day to day operations
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be sure to have a solid workflow diagrams to build out the environment
