What differentiates LiveVox from other similar products?

LiveVox has the of most functionality that any business would want in their contact center solution. This includes ticketing, omnichannel support and basic reporting and analytics dashboards.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We handle customer calls more effectively with call routing. The call recording function records calls which can then be watched back to see if the agents are giving the right information of following workflows.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reaporting and analytics dashboards are basic. We want to be able to check the performance of the entire team and see whether we have a seamless workflow or opportunities for training.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

LiveVox offers contact center solutions for businesses of every size. If you are looking to transition to a modern contact center solution, LiveVox may be the best solution for you.
