The drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to build and customize response workflows without deep coding skills, allowing security teams to quickly automate repetitive tasks, accelerate incident response, and reduce alert fatigue—all while maintaining full visibility and control.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What differentiates LogPoint SOAR from other similar products?

The biggest win is its built‑in SIEM + SOAR integration. You don’t have to glue systems together — everything works in one platform. It’s usually more affordable than big names, EU‑based for compliance, and users praise the support and intuitive dashboards.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Hands down, the out‑of‑the‑box combo. It cuts manual work, accelerates playbooks, and keeps operations tidy. The customizable dashboards and responsive support also stand out.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The alerts UI is overly simple and can get messy at high volumes. Virtual deployments sometimes suffer instability — glitches, occasional downtime. Native integrations are limited, and documentation could be more thorough.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Load-test the UI under real alert volumes. Right-size resources, especially for virtual setups. Ensure required integrations are supported or easy to script. Leverage the SIEM+SOAR combo for faster delivery and less complexity. Invest in training and possibly custom support, since documentation isn’t exhaustive yet.
