Meltwater differentiates itself by focusing mainly on social media with addition of AI.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

AI powered monitoring is my favorite part of the product

What do you dislike most about this product?

I struggle with the filter and search features sometimes

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Meltwater can be somewhat expensive. I'd recommend doing your research and also considering other options like Hootsuite Insights
