What differentiates Nintex Process Manager from other similar products?

As it's a part of a suite it can link to it's workflow solution so you can easily creat a process and refine it and if appropriate you can simply hit a button and it will create an associated workflow for that process with the steps in the workflow cloud system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The technical team are really good and do regular training sessions and process in a day webinars that really help to show the functionality and the value of the system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While it does work well in some cases with othe software in the platform it should be more integrated. There are gaps in the system that do not make sense. Managing improvements is a good feature but it woyld be better if it could be used as a trigger for other workflows.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a lot of processes that you would like to digitise and possibly turn into workflow automation then this is the product for you. It's simple and intuitive to use and does process mapping very well.
