My favorite aspect of Open edX is its flexibility and customizability. This is especially valuable for institutions looking to offer a unique and differentiated learning experience. What do you dislike most about this product?

My least favorite thing about Open edX is its learning curve, especially for users who have no prior experience with eLearning platforms or technology in general. Initial setup can be complex and requires technical knowledge, which can be a hurdle for institutions or teams that don't have specialized IT resources. Although the platform is powerful, its interface can feel a bit dated compared to other, more modern solutions. Some of the best courses like CS50 by Harvard University is on Edx. You get access to the best learning resource from leading universities worldwide. Courses can be pursued at convenience as there are no tight deadlines.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Many of the courses are open source. This means we can even build our own curriculum based on top of the existing courses.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of one-on-one interaction with faculties/trainers.
