What differentiates PhotoShelter for Brands from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Appreciate the efficiencies this creates across our institution. When our campus partners need access to photos, logos and other content, they can find and download files on their own, freeing up our creative team to focus on more strategic initiatives.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing specifically

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Makes things much more efficient, especially if you work for a larger organization and currently have to spend a lot of time hunting down photos, logo files, or other standard content to share with others.

What differentiates PhotoShelter for Brands from other similar products?

The close relationship between PhotoShelter and Socialie is what makes this product special to my team. The integration is seamless and is a great tool in our organization. The customer service of PhotoShelter also sets them apart from similar products. They listen to their users and only want us to have the best experience with the product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is the flexibility for it to fit majority of our needs and organization styles.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't love the automated metadata/logo tagging, but I understand that will only improve as Ai improves.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Work with your customer success manager closely. They likely have answers to all of your questions and know the product to the fullest extent.
