Easy to use, but not innovating enough

What differentiates Playbooks by InsideSales from other similar products?

It works very well with SalesForce. Solid integration and very easy to build out plays/workflows. The leaderboard tracking is also very nice too.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The very robust integration with SalesForce.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It doesn't innovate enough. There are many things that OutReach, Gong and SalesLoft can do that I don't believe Inside Sales has the ability to do. We left Inside Sales Playbook for SalesLoft now we also use Gong.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great beginner tool for saving time on your sales team to automate campaigns, dial directly within SalesForce. It's much more simple than many of it's competitors.

Not a ton. I feel it is comparable to Outreach in many ways but not as intuitive analytics.

Dialer works well and strong automation.

Analytics could use some additional details.

Compare with Outreach and other tools to find what works best.
