What differentiates Rippling IT from other similar products?

Rippling stands out because it integrates so many HR and IT functions into a single, easy-to-use platform. Unlike other tools, it combines reporting, onboarding, org charts, time-off management, and single sign-on in one place, which makes processes much simpler and more efficient.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the reporting functionality. It’s highly flexible, allowing me to generate customized reports on headcount, departments, managers, start dates, and more. This level of visibility is incredibly valuable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At this point, I haven’t found any major downsides to Rippling. The platform has been intuitive, reliable, and fully meets my needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend Rippling to any company looking for an all-in-one solution that saves time and centralizes HR and IT processes. It’s especially strong if you value detailed reporting and want a platform that’s both powerful and easy to use.

What differentiates Rippling IT from other similar products?

Good and Clean UI with proper abstraction of information (masked), Packages of all systems in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

looking to scale efficiently without adding operational overhead, Rippling’s ability to automate everything from tax compliance to setting up Slack and Google Workspace accounts is a good feature. The intuitive UI, customizable workflows, and powerful reporting tools only add to its appeal.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mobile application can be made better, asks for login every time you open the APP

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Rippling should improve mobile app development as same as web app. Your web App is perfect, you can bring the ease features to mobile and keep it light weight

I absolutely love r-pass.

I dislike the fact that it occasionally logs me out but I understand why.

I would recommend rippling as it’s accessible and able to be used on mobile and desktop
