Thing that make it different from others is that it uses AI deeply inside its salesforce ecosystem. It helps by guiding, predicting outcomes, improving productivity not just store data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love its AI-driven sales support. It helps by suggesting next actions, assisting agents, summarizing customer interactions in real time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It feel complex at start, otherwise its all good once learnt.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One thing i would mention for those who is considering the product is that make sure your data is well organized and clean before using it.

What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?
The presence of a flow engine, easy customizations, and high mobility, I believe, are the differentiators of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how my team is driving more sales after using this wonderful platform. We can automate our tasks, unify customer data, and have AI-driven insights, which have been helping us in improving productivity, closing more deals, and hence maximizing our revenue.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is truly a powerful platform, and to make the most of it, we had to go through some complications initially, but all worth it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As we know, follow-ups are the most crucial aspect of closing deals, so I would suggest you use the task and activity tracking feature so your team won't lose track of follow-ups.

Being able to hold a lot of customer information in one area.

Overall, I like to use sales force as it is very user friendly.

Make sure it hits all of our companies' needs before agreeing on it!
