What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional from other similar products?
Salesforce enables us to generate a streamline sales with very much ease and without restricting us in a small loop. We can scale our operations using this tool as it also adapts and grows as our team grows too. Its flexibility, reliability and the tendency to readjust itself according to any size operations as well as teams makes it one of the best product to increase your sales portfolio.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I am able to track the sales and the performances via a quick review of the dashboard and are also able to generate reports on the basis of it. I also like the way how the whole operations could easily be automated without much need of a repetitive data entry. It also assists in strategically planning and then executing the work. What more can we ask for when its bringing all our working needs at one platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost of this tool is a bit higher for smaller teams when compared to the other such tools in market. Also it can be a bit overwhelming for new users as it requires time and resource both to train a whole new batch of team. The proper data utilization is also a basic and important requirement, else it could lead to lost accuracy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Design and align your team according to data based decisions taken via Salesforce. A proper team with clear goal and experince should be allocated in using this tool to gain the most of your operations.
