What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Sendible is how it makes managing multiple clients and social accounts really straightforward. The unified inbox helps keep track of all messages and comments in one place, which saves a lot of time. I also like the content suggestions feature, which helps generate fresh ideas when I’m stuck. Plus, the ability to customize reports means I can easily show the impact of campaigns to clients or managers. Overall, it’s a user-friendly platform that balances powerful features with ease of use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most about Sendible is that its user interface can sometimes feel a bit cluttered and overwhelming, especially for new users. Navigating through all the features takes some getting used to. Additionally, while the reporting tools are powerful, customizing reports can be a bit complex and time-consuming. It would be great if they made the dashboard and reporting more intuitive and streamlined to save time. Lastly, I’ve noticed that some integrations, like with TikTok, are still limited compared to other platforms, which could be improved.

What differentiates Sendible from other similar products?
This tool has solution all the social media problems, I can schedule the posts, provide me post ideas that's helpful to get more engagement and impressions and customise the post as per the requirement. Provides report in very simple format.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This tool allows me to customise the posts as per my requirement. Get alerts if someone comments and engage with my posts and I can quickly reply on that. Time saver to schedule the posts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes Support team takes time to revert.

What differentiates Sendible from other similar products?
Sendible is easy to use, and I love the flexibility of having so many services to add to my social media scheduling! For a couple of clients that I'm courting, they have 2-3 Facebook groups as well as their own business page - it's a huge benefit to have multiple choices with my plan!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite thing about sendible is the ability to schedule in advance for multiple platforms, posting constantly every day is a hassle but when you can sit down and schedule it in advance it makes things so much easier
What do you dislike most about this product?
It does lack some advanced features that other more expensive platforms have, but the benefits outweigh the downs, and the Sendible team is working to add these features ongoing and are very responsive to suggestions and feedback.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I am recommending this product for its vast features and accessiblity.
