What differentiates Tacton CPQ from other similar products?
One thing that undoubtedly stands out is the ability to perform specialized calculations; this allows professionals to manage sales processes with greater flexibility. Its integration capabilities also make it a flexible tool, especially considering that organizations require high adaptability to integrations with tools already in use within the company. Its versatility, and operational efficiency—which also go hand in hand with problem-solving—make it a remarkable tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I’ve liked since I started working with it is that it’s very easy to coordinate directly with the client and provide a quote in real time, or in less time than before. The process is more customizable, which gives professionals in charge of the company’s operations greater freedom, and the way it handles calculations makes it a great business solution; it solves complex problems more easily than others, so I’ve really liked this tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although it’s simple, it requires specialized training with this type of tool—which isn’t a negative, but it is a tool more geared toward certain areas.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a tool I highly recommend for solving complex problems. It’s a secure, fast, and reliable calculation tool. You have to learn how to use it, but overall it’s good.
