What differentiates TeamDynamix ITSM from other similar products?

The TeamDynamix ITSM platform is a solid performer that is easy to use, easy to manage, and flexible enough to fit in nearly any business or industry. It offers great value to internal and external users of the product quickly through the use of custom portals that leverage knowledge bases, service catalogs, custom forms and workflow automations within an easy to understand package. In addition, service and support is friendly, fast, and always willing to work through a problem when needed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the ability to create custom forms, with custom attributes, all of which are accessible with no added work necessary, and then upon submission, leverage our own custom workflows that can take both simple and highly complex actions with the submitted information, if necessary.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At times I wish the client portals could offer more customizations in terms of personalization.. Main landing pages for each portal can be customized easily, however the layout of KB articles and Services are mostly set to specific formats and layouts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly consider looking at the TeamDynamix ITSM to anyone, even if you're not looking for a platform to manage IT services. Even though its foundations are in the IT space, ticketing applications, knowledge bases, and service catalogs can be easily modified to fit nearly any industry. Take a look at similar products that offer workflow engines and customizations and then look at TeamDynamix to see that this platform offers a value that is hard to get anywhere else, with a group of people who care as much about your success as you do.
