The way it supports both agent and agentless data collection with high capabilities Also it has a strong SaaS and Hybrid tracking and rightsizing abilities

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Provides a clearly detailed view of the software usage and its entitlements and this helps avoid overspending thus cost control

What do you dislike most about this product?

Configuration is very complex and the learning curve is also steep

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Always run scheduled reviews for software usage and subscription to know the under-utilized assets that should be downsized

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is how detailed and accurate the license tracking is It gives clear visibility into software usage which really helps with compliance and cost optimization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly there’s nothing I really dislike about the product so far It does what it’s meant to and provides the insights we need to manage software assets effectively.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d recommend taking advantage of the onboarding support and training USU offers to get the most out of its features It’s a powerful tool that really helps optimize software usage and control costs when set up properly.
