What differentiates Varicent Incentive Compensation Management from other similar products?
The tool has many capabilities that solve all the problems, but I feel it's difficult to gain knowledge once I've moved out of the project. This makes it hard for me to stay up to date with the latest functionalities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
i like the process and functionality
What do you dislike most about this product?
sometimes it lags to load the dashboards, also i saw lack of visuals in dashboards.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend going for it; it's worth buying a license.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Varicent has wonderful, easy-to-work-with staff that listens to consumers. They routinely provide software updates depending on client requests. Varicent delivers training, workshops, and a network to support your company's customized solutions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a significant learning curve to use their Incentives solution, which is peculiar to my experience with them. Doing everything in-house requires a solid grasp of data joining and coding, which becomes much more important when dealing with sophisticated models and business needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Thanks to the program's dedicated and well-informed support staff, I have no hesitation in recommending it.
