What differentiates Verint Experience Management from other similar products?
It's a survey platform for enterprise customers and includes all of the survey functionality you would need to create, design, implement, and manage the survey process.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Super fast and easy to create and launch a survey.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Development dried up once they were Verint. Was hoping to see more advanced features for text analytics and sentiment analysis.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Worth considering given that they are significantly less expensive from the juggernauts in the enterprise space.

Additional capabilities in case management exporting for a single user to schedule reporting. Allow the ability to set case properties based on surveys
