What differentiates WalkMe from other similar products?
It can stand out and differentiate itself from others because it can adapt to different platforms and has robust real-time data analytics, allowing to create personalized and effective experiences for users, thus improving the adoption of new functionalities. overall i can say that WalkMe is good for improving the user experience in our internal and external systems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like it because this software addresses business issues such as lack of guidance and training for users by providing a scope of use case that includes creating interactive tutorials, contextual messaging and process automation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the user interface can be a bit overwhelming for new users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
WalkMe is suitable for specific scenarios such as onboarding new employees, implementing new functionality and conducting surveys through our websites.

Good features and agile support. Worth the costs.

What differentiates WalkMe from other similar products?
While the often-times need for jquery coding can be time-consuming, the light-weight automation and training flow development process is top-notch. Implementation saves time, money, and resources. The platform is continuously being developing, including improvements based on consumer feedback. I personally recommended a feature on a Monday, only to see it live on Thursday. That is a true testament to agile. I recommend the WalkMe platform, wholeheartedly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Auto-steps and other automations make the user experience better. We wish to increase efficiencies and remove (most) user error. The platform assists with this immensely.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of local application activation. Although I'm told it is in the pipeline.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
