What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All HR, finance, and planning data lives in one system, allowing for instant access to cross-functional insights—like headcount costs tied to financial forecasts. This empowers HR and business leaders to make faster, more informed decisions without needing separate reporting tools or IT involvement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While Workday is highly configurable, it restricts deep customizations to maintain system integrity and ease of updates. This can be frustrating for organizations with complex or unique HR processes that don’t fit Workday’s standard models. Some advanced reporting and integration tasks may also require technical expertise or additional tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is very accurate with keeping record of worktime and available leave time

Being able to book time off from work on the go

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing so far

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend they use it to keep track of their leave and work time so as to be able to easily plan vacations
