even though you get everything at one place, but adding details is a hassle, it consume time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ill recommend this tool to every recruitment, BGC and payroll generation companies as its user friendly and cost efferent and easy to use

My favorite aspect of Workday HCM is its intuitive reporting and analytics, which provide real-time insights into workforce and recruiting data.

Its slow adaption due to its complexity.

This is a very powerful but complex product, please ensure you invest in proper training and clearly define your HR processes before implementation.

Provides everything in one platform like Pyaroll. Talent acquisition, performance measures, benefits, and learning. It provides strong analytic and AI support

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Because everything—HR, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and talent management is connected in one system, This is very helpful for large organizations where they do dnot have proper system setup

What do you dislike most about this product?

This is complex software to use. Need proper training and integrations as per the organisations needs. Basic tasks that we can do easily with the help of understanding and other files can seem s little complicated sometimes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It takes a long time to implement, so be prepared for it. Training can be expensive. You need to assign someone in your organization who can take full charge of everything. Workday is best for mid-to-large enterprises with complex HR needs
