We encountered challenges due to the systems' intricacy, which hindered our ability to make improvements independently of XaitCPQ. In particular, less experienced users might benefit from an admin interface that is easier to use. It becomes difficult to independently maintain and update the system due to its complexity, which is a major challenge. Users will need Xait's assistance with nearly every change that needs making.

CPQ simplifies the process of selecting the necessary products for constructing a quote, enabling us to generate quotes swiftly and accurately. XaitCPQ's adaptable and advanced features were the decisive factors in our decision to invest in their platform. The platform exhibited a level of flexibility unmatched by any other CPQ system in the market. From a user standpoint, the system's intuitiveness has facilitated seamless adoption without any hurdles. Additionally, the seamless integration with our existing CRM system (Workbooks) was a significant advantage.

Administering the XaitCPQ platform can prove to be quite intricate. We frequently leaned on XaitCPQ for guidance in the configuration design and programming of the configurator. The reporting module in CPQ, being a third-party tool, falls short in terms of usability and leaves much to be desired. Given that we were the inaugural company to implement the XaitCPQ/Workbooks CRM integration, there were instances when it felt like we were the pioneers testing the waters for that collaboration.
