ADP Talent Management makes it easy to add courses and issue certificates to our employees

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to see if an employee is certified and tracking when the employee's certification expires

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no verification option to make sure that an employee's certificate

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The reporting options could be more customizable to better fit specific needs.

Trying it for its ease of use and seamless integration with other ADP tools. Just keep in mind that more customization in reporting could be helpful

What differentiates ADP Talent Management from other similar products?

ADP has it all. It is a robust system that is customizable and can take care of pretty much any talent management need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its very customizable and the integration is very easy with other software our company uses (talent acquisition, learning management system, etc.).

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user experience isn't great. It has a lot of features but they can be hard to find.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall great product and would highly recommend. Definitely one of the better industry standard examples of talent management systems that are are the market today. If you want something a little fancier then I would consider other options but ADP gets the job done.
