What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Listing syndication

What do you dislike most about this product?

Photo and document management as well as branding of communication is a decade behind competition.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a software option that basically takes care of itself. This is highly recommended. However, keep in mind that the cost is high and that it’s a learning curve over other existing applications. The software has become an industry standard.

Very easy and user friendly tenant management

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Move in and move out automatic processing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer Service is hard to get ahold of when there is a problem or need for assistance. They used to have a live chat option but have removed it.
