What differentiates Archie from other similar products?
Great usability, no limits on their plan (only billed by number of locations), a lot can be automated.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
They just released custom CSS for badge temapltes, which will make our visitor badges even nicer and more branded! I'm excitied for this but the main thing about the product is the ease of use, that's what makes it stand out.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No multi-selector to check out guests manually but in bulk.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The free trial is enough time to test the platform, and they will extend the time if you ask.

A modern alternative

What differentiates Archie from other similar products?
What we previously used had tons of integrations and seemed very complete in terms of features, but managing it was a pain, the platform was clunky and complex. What I appreciate about Archie is how simple it is to set up and use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
From a user perspective everything is great, with a nice experience on the mobile app, web or check-in kiosks for visitors. We don't use Archie for meeting rooms yet but I wouldn't mind if we implemented that too.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are still some parts of the product that are not that polished or features they don't have at all, however they update the product quite often so it's definitely getting better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think Archie is a good choice for most workplaces.

What differentiates Archie from other similar products?
Pricing is one factor, as they offer almost all advanced features in a simple all-in-one plan. On top of that the platform is very easy to manage and we can run the Archie app on any device we want.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Creating different visit types and customizing the registration flow for each is very easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When we first signed up some features were missing or lacked functionalities, like in the case of badge printing, but that has improved a lot since then.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Probably cheaper than most alternatives, runs on any device, very simple to use. Unless you have very unique needs, I think Archie is a great choice.
