The accounting functions are amazing. Online payments make it easy to keep track of incoming rentals, as there is less legwork. You can set priorities on how payments are applied. The program is easy to use and navigate. No more paper files to flip through. Property management administration has never been easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Buildium is one of the best software for rental and property management accounting. It is fast and reliable and allows you to send emails conveniently. Easy to use Quick and easy integration has a great support team Customer support is very effective, great functionality and effective and accurate financial reports.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The task function is a bit lacking. Good for what it is, but dedicated project management or task list apps work just as well or better in most cases.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software works very well and is very stable. The process flow is intuitive and simple, but like all software, it has its own quirks. Once you get the process flow, it does pretty much everything you could want a property rental software to do. This software is more geared towards individual landlords or property rental companies that rent other people's property.

This software in the area of rental property management gives us a wonderful function for checking credit. We are satisfied with your vacancy tracking we realized that it is a very useful option. We can track rentals so we realized that this is very useful to carry correct income calculations. We can manage our portfolio and our contacts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What we like the most is how surprisingly detailed your reports can be. At least, your rental list is very explanatory regarding the real estate offers found there. In addition, it presents a convenient option of payments via the web that is quite attractive. The management of tasks that Buildium has is excellent to assign properties to different members of our sales team with the option to categorize and prioritize each property at our discretion.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Your online payment portal sometimes falls. Regarding accounting, its tool for managing financials is limited. Your tracking of buckets and rents is not as detailed as it is with your payments and powerfull reporting. The portal for mobile residents is complicated to manage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We use Buildium as our property management software. All leases, tenant/landlord relations and financials are handled through Buildium. We process applications, create leases, relocate tenants, accept rent payments, make payments to landlords, and manage all maintenance requests and work orders in the system. We use integrations with Lead Simple, Tenant Turner and Happy.co to tie everything together.
