What differentiates Cognism from other similar products?
Cognism stands out because its data is very accurate, especially for Europe and nearby regions. Most numbers are correct and saving me a lot of time searching for leads plus it is simple to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the Chrome extension aspect the most. I can build lead lists quickly, then send them to our CRM with a few clicks. It is a huge time saver especially when I have a long list to manage.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The hidden costs are frustrating like you start with a big payment for the main package but later, you might need to buy more credits to export lists which adds up.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is super helpful. Also, make sure you check out their pricing and credit options upfront so you do not get surprised by extra costs. It is a great tool overall but plan carefully to make the most of it.

What differentiates Cognism from other similar products?
Cognism has a very large contact database, very intuitive interface and it can be easily integrated with a CRM (Salesforce, in our case) and a sales enablement platfrom (we use Salesloft).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like the extension for Chrome that I used in tandem with Sales Navigator as it make exporting leads so simple, in just a couple of clicks I can biuld a list and export it to our CRM or in a spreadsheet to share it with my colleagues.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes necessary data can be missing (usually for smaller local companies) but when it happened to me I contacted our Customer success manager and somehow they managed to retrieve phone numbers I needed and upload them to the database.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely install a browser extesion, it helps a lot!
