Well,if you are not familiar with it you might think it's extremely hard to use. So it feels people who can actually use are those who already know about it,have used it someway or the other

I mean it doesn't disappoint if you use it correctly,maybe hire a consultant if you are not sure how to integrate it into your systems

My favorite aspect of Crow Canyon Customer Support is the power and flexibility of NITRO Studio to customize the application to our exact needs. The ability to design complex workflows, build dynamic forms, and create detailed reports without writing extensive code has been a game-changer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most about Crow Canyon Customer Support is that, despite its deep integration with Microsoft 365, certain advanced omnichannel capabilities (like native live chat or voice integration with intelligent routing) aren't as feature-rich out-of-the-box compared to some top-tier, purpose-built Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms.
