What differentiates Deltek Vantagepoint CRM from other similar products?

Deltek is an comprehensive option that offer better feature to manage customer relation for increasing business productivity as compare to other applications, it brings seamless workflows to our sales and marketing projects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Advanced project forecasting capabilities are essential for resource allocation and allows us to manage customer requirements for making changing in our products. The integration allows all access to financial and customer data for keep information up to date for future workflow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Deltek CRM comes with lots of advanced features so it UI is quite complex for the new users and it require training which can be time consuming.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Deltek CRM is a special solution and it is fit well for the sales and consulting organization. Managing sales proposal, client collaboration, finance and tracking project performance all we can do on a single place and also do remotely as time of need.

The feature to maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and history, providing a 360-degree view of each client.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Plan and forecast resource needs based on upcoming projects and opportunities, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As such there is no dislike for me about this product just they need to add some more features like contact management, lead and opportunity management to make this product more beneficial.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for good CRM for there any business need

What differentiates Deltek Vantagepoint CRM from other similar products?

Its ability to create both user-initiated and scheduled workflows allows user to add intelligence to their actions within the system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This software’s ability to make out your own user-defined areas, grids, and even whole Information grid is a big benefit. User can make out what he need in-house, without needing to engage outside consultants for most needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It should be modified and made easier for the users and they find it difficult in working, especially on home page. Users need a professional training session before working on deltek which is not that feasible for many.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It should be made easier and working mechanism should be made easier. So that users could work without any proper training sessions and they can do their work in more productive way.
