The personalized travel recommendations based on individual preferences and company policies. A team member with specific dietary requirements and hotel preferences had a stress-free business trip thanks to Egencia's tailored suggestions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be a bit overwhelming for casual users.

What differentiates Egencia from other similar products?

It's straightforward and easy to use from an end user perspective. Easy to personalise your travel profile and to book flights and hotels. It's a self service tool but if you need assistance then there is clear help and guidance on troubleshooting and phone and email contacts shown clearly on the site.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to book, travel itinerary sent to email as soon as approved. It saves a huge amount of time as you can book travel altogether rather than using one site for flights and another for hotels.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislikes so far!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Work closely with the vendor to implement, make sure it meets your traveller's needs and that several admins internally are added to the tool so issues can be resolved quickly without the need to contact Egencia.
