Deep integration with Epicor ERP, which allows for a seamless flow of data between sales and other business operations like inventory, manufacturing, and finance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration makes it incredibly easy to access real-time customer data, order histories, and inventory updates, all in one place

What do you dislike most about this product?

User interface can feel a bit outdated and less intuitive compared to other modern CRMs

Focusing on how well it integrates with your existing ERP system, especially if you’re in a manufacturing or industrial sector
