FileInvite has the flexibility to create lists that make checking in and following up with clients easy. Its organization is also excellent, as it makes creating, arranging, and naming folders very easy. It features a smooth mechanism for uploading documents and arranging them according to specializations, as well as sorting into lists that make following up with clients very easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I loved the fact that FileInvite makes everything accessible in one place, and I don't need to constantly follow up with clients, as the lists enable me to identify shortcomings and send reminders about them directly. Security standards are strong across FileInvite and give us confidence. The user interface is excellent, makes it easy to set up layouts and provides very convenient customization.

There are no downsides with FileInvite, as we enjoy a consistently easy and smooth experience.

Another aspect that I find quite striking about Fileinvite is the possibility of sending and receiving files through secure download links. This has made communication with my suppliers much easier, because I can share and receive documents centrally, without wasting time searching for emails in my inbox.

You don't need any technical experience to configure and use the program, which is a huge advantage for those of us who are not technology professionals. In addition, Fileinvite is accessible from any device with internet access, which means I can send and receive documents wherever I am, which is ideal for those of us who travel again and again or work from different places.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not everything is perfect, and while Fileinvite has many features that I love, there is one thing I would like to see improved: the ability to edit questionnaires once they are submitted. Sometimes I realize I need to make a change to the form when I've sent it to my suppliers, and there is currently no choice to make it. It could be great to have the ability to make changes without having to submit a completely new request.

Generally, I would recommend Fileinvite to anyone or organization looking for an efficient and easy-to-use file management program. The ability to send secure download links, the ease of use of the platform and the centralized document management are features that have really impressed me.
