Simplicity of the tool and the yet gives the trendy vibe as a part of tech - we love to have trendy features in our tools

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Email follow-up . I dont need to do any thing once the call ends

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such - it has never put me in trouble

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use it for sales - very helpful as we are in back to back meetings

Sometimes hard to find things, filters don't stick, things could be more organised.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think about roll out and adoption. Have clear internal business owners, keep the libraries organised, make it a part of your company DNA
