Omnichannel integration is the fantastic feature provided. The mobile friendly feature and AI support provided helps to augment the efficiency and these features differentiates the software. AI insights are truly fantastic!

There are very less options available for customization of the software and also the software is costly

The product has limited scope of customization and hence only consider the product if it perfectly fits your requirement. Free trial is available and hence better to start with that. Also, the software can be integrated perfectly even during free trial.
