It helped me a lot to get me some troubleshooting steps as an AI. It also helps to route the support incidents to the correct teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it's fully linked into CRM. As if every chat becomes a part of customer records easily

What do you dislike most about this product?

That's sometimes it feels a bit limited when compared to other standalone chat bots. Limited customization options .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Evaluate the needs first, like thinking about how many chat volumes do you get and if you want a basic chat tool, this one's for you

What differentiates Hubspot Live Chat from other similar products?

It was early for this technology and it integrates right with the CRM and Marketing data so you can see what Chats a Contact made over time. You don't have to go to another application to see this. It's very well supported and it works well both on HubSpot Landing Pages and as an add on to Web pages from other platforms like WordPress. I would implement it again very readily. HubSpot Live Chat stands out for its ease of implementation, letting you connect with visitors instantly. Unlike Later's tools, HubSpot’s chat integrates seamlessly with your CRM, so you can track leads and conversations effortlessly—all without complex setup. Happy !!!

How easy it was to implement and how quickly our Customers engaged with it. The best thing - about HubSpot Chat is how seamlessly it fits into your marketing and CRM workflows. It’s easily set up and connects directly to your contact database, so every chat adds value to your pipeline. You can personalize messages, automate common responses, and even qualify leads right from the chat window. Plus, it’s all in one place—no jumping between platforms. It saves so much time and keeps things organized, making it easier to focus on building real lasting connections with prospects and customers. It’s like having a helpful assistant always on duty!!

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't dislike anything about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a plan. Know what your use cases are before you implement, map out the process where Chat fits in, and test it thoroughly before golive. Get HubSpot Support to watch over you as you implement and keep good documentation on how it works. Likely you will be leveraging Chat on many landing pages, both in HubSpot and other places, if you find it helpful. Train Customer Support on what it does and have them observe it in action on a web page.
