What differentiates Intelligencebank DAM from other similar products?

Compared to other products, I find that Intelligencebank DAM stands out for its ease of use and customization, as well as its attention to detail in managing digital assets; its ability to custom tag metadata, facilitating more accurate searching; its asset approval feature to ensure quality and consistency; and its integration with other software tools we use in our organization, such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like this tool because Intelligencebank DAM is good at managing and organizing our digital assets effectively. It helps us address business issues such as lack of file centralization, difficulty finding specific assets, and inefficient collaboration across teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Drag-and-drop functionality can sometimes be slow and customization of control panels is limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Intelligencebank DAM from other similar products?

Intelligence Bank created an easy place for all of our marketing and sales documents to be organized, version-controlled, and collaborated on.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use and the customization was my favorite part. Each business has such unique needs that the complete flexibility on how to set IB up was a great thing for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, the permissions can get a bit funky if you change them from folder to folder.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are just looking for a place to store documents, this will give you SIGNIFICANTLY more ability - this is great for people who need full visibility into what is available and want to be able to force brand standards.
