What differentiates Keap from other similar products?
Keap is unique when it comes to CRM solutions as it offers an intuitive user experience and advanced automation, all within a single tool. Unlike several other products, Keap does not simply store and organize contacts: it helps in relationship-building by providing resources for automated follow-ups, assigned tasks, or email marketing campaigns to keep your customers interested. In addition, hand-holding, consulting, and assistance are available for implementation, which is rather surprising in the industry. It aims to optimize business processes so users can concentrate on expansion and reduce time spent on mundane activities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like the most about Keap is the streamlined follow-ups and client communication as a result of its automation. It is incredible how much work is removed from practitioners by automatically executing sorts of activities such as sending reminders or booking meetings or holding leads. It is akin to having an additional team dedicated solely to ensuring that all the cogs work allowing me to concentrate on scaling the business and forming deeper bonds with the customers.

This program is one of the best tools that we can put to the test and implement it in the business management operation, since this program will be in charge of executing in the marketing area, Keap has been very useful to automate each of the procedures on my platforms on the web in my system, one of the wonders of this program will be the great handling it has to carry each of our contacts and find the best and most powerful clients for the benefit of the company, with Keap' s support will be the multiple messages that are sent through the company's emails automatically for the presentation of our content.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With the help of this program I have even had the possibility of using it with an appointment scheduler with each of my clients, this has given them a better order when interacting with all our contacts, Keap is a program that allows me to have creations and sending email marketing campaigns, as well as automating the sales process by tracking potential customers and assigning tasks, that is, thanks to the help of this program, there has been a massive growth in the management of sales of my company, since this program guides my clientele to achieve a commercial connection.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The truth is that I do not recommend this program for those companies that have been in the market for a very short time, since this company is designed for companies that have a greater demand from their clients, the program does not generate the same results for small companies, it is much better for managing companies with more number of businesses and trajectory in their market.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I have always mentioned that this program is the most assertive solution to have an automation of each one of the marketing parameters of my company, since Keap is a program that responds perfectly to the demand of my work and to the management of my contacts in each one of the steps that lead them to finalize sales on the web, this program is totally recommended for its functionality.

Keap is a program that we have had for a long time because it has fully met each of my need to show the way to each of my clients and set multiple appointments for business events on the web, this program is sufficiently powerful and organic to give the opportunity to each of its users to create multiple workflows that help to automate constantly in conjunction with other great applications that are progressively implemented and applied for negotiations, Keap will be a program that will collect customers more potential people to trust our company.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are very few programs with such intelligence to keep each of your contacts, this platform is wonderful when it comes to automating the management of my contacts, I have a lot to thank this program because thanks to Keap the increase in sales is going up barbaric growth, that is to say that this program takes over your work to generate marketing flows and strategies with the main pieces of my work such as without my email, and works in collaboration with other options for the conversion of notes into complete documents of Google Docs ready to edit in Google Drive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the negative points that this program can have is undoubtedly the high cost that must be paid, this fee can be somewhat expensive for certain users, the problem with this is that we have to find a much cheaper option to solve installing a marketing automation program on each of our department computers within the company.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
